THE BUILD IS ON
3 Nails Motorcycle Union announces that "THE BUILD IS ON" for the second Giveaway custom bike creation from the creative minds and hands of the 3Nails build team. This team showcased their skills creating the first giveaway bike that was unveiled at the 2010 Cycle World International Motorcycle Show at the Javits Center in New York City that created quite a stir with bike fans of all genres.
For those of you who don't know what 3 Nails is all about, the company exists solely to generate funds to keep the Renovation House men's substance abuse program alive and flourishing.
One bike a year is built specifically to be given away to a contributor who makes a tax deductable donation to Renovation House of any amount of $25.00 or more, and the name is drawn at the Ride For Renovation bike rally that is held in the fall following the unveiling and touring with the IMS Shows.
The new custom bike creation is themed "METAL of HONOR" and is a new school creation based on an old school boardtrack racer with a military inspired concept. The bike will have details inspired by Dress Military Uniforms of several divisions of our military including Olive Drab, Navy Blue, Red, Gold Leaf, Polished Brass and more. A Harley Davidson Big Twin powerplant will get er' down the road in a hurry rolling on some 21" Ride Wright Spokes arrayed in Red, Brass and Stainless. The boy's at 3NAILS are confident the bike will "WOW" the fans again this year at the unveiling.
We also encourage any fabricators and vendors to contact us to donate any parts or services to help out in the build and 3NAILS will include you in their contributors list and advertise it on their site and in their promotions campaigns throughout the 2010/ 2011 seasons.
